Colours looks right on Specify, but would be duplicated on Notion, when I update Figma again, one instance of that colour would update but not the other.

Hi 👋

I'd suggest you:

Delete your Notion destination in your Specify repository (it won't delete your tokens in Notion)
Delete your colors table in Notion
Recreate your destination from Specify to Notion.
